Resort Amenities and Services:

Kaanapali Alii/Classic Resorts - All Resort Amenities and Services are included in the rate you pay for your condominium unit. When you book your vacation through Kaanapali Alii/Classic Resorts you do not pay any additional resort fee.

In addition to all of the Kaanapali Alii Resort facilities, your package or nightly rate provides:

24-hour front desk
Free on-site parking
Free wireless internet
Bell service
Daily maid service / no additional cleaning fee
Daily complimentary in-room coffee
Complimentary newspaper
Guest services desk
Sundry Store
Complimentary access to DVD library
Room service (provided by Westin Maui)
Guest charging privileges at select restaurants/bars/spas within Kaanapali Beach Resort and Lahaina
 

VRBO/Flipkey/Airbnb - When you book through VRBO/Flipkey/Airbnb or directly through an individual owner, you are only purchasing your use of the specific condominium unit. You will be charged an additional "daily" check-in fee (sometimes disguised as a Resort Fee). This fee allows you access to a limited amount of resort services, including the use of the pool and towels. The current Check-in Fee that you will be assessed is $50 per day.

 

Daily Maid Service:

Kaanapali Alii/Classic Resorts – When you reserve your vacation through Kaanapali Alii/Classic Resorts, you will receive daily maid service as a part of your nightly rate. Your room attendants are employees of Kaanapali Alii/Classic Resorts and are managed by our on-property management team.

VRBO/Flipkey/Airbnb - When you reserve through VRBO/Flipkey/Airbnb or directly through an individual owner, you will be charged extra for any and all cleaning services. These additional fees may or may not include daily service but will always include an additional fee for check-out cleaning. The room attendants for these independent units are not associated with Kaanapali Alii/Classic Resorts and are not on-site. If you have an issue, you will need to contact the owner or the owner’s representative directly.
 

Condominium Maintenance:

Kaanapali Alii/Classic Resorts - If, for some reason, there is an electrical, mechanical or plumbing issue – or you simply want more plates, glasses or flatware; all you need to do is contact the front desk and a Kaanapali Alii/Classic Resorts representative will satisfy your needs.


VRBO/Flipkey/Airbnb - When you reserve through VRBO/Flipkey/Airbnb or directly through an individual owner, and you experience an electrical, mechanical or plumbing problem with the condominium, you will need to contact the owner directly and schedule the repair. The Kaanapali Alii Resort maintenance team will not be contacted or responsible for these issues or repairs.

 

Condominium Unit Quality and Standard Amenities:

Kaanapali Alii/Classic Resorts - All Kaanapali Alii/Classic Resorts managed condominiums are subject to strict quality standards. These standards are a large part of the reason that Kaanapali Alii is recognized as not only providing luxury accommodations, but also rated as the #1 Resort on Kaanapali Beach.

Additionally, each Kaanapali Alii/Classic Resorts condominium is provisioned with standard in-room amenities that are designed to provide you with the appointments you need to fully enjoy your vacation home.


VRBO/Flipkey/Airbnb - When you reserve through VRBO/Flipkey/Airbnb or directly through an individual owner, the condominium is not subject to the same quality standards of those managed by Kaanapali Alii/Classic Resorts.
